Terms, Privacy and Cookies
This page explains how this website may be used, what personal data we handle and how cookies work here. Last updated: 23 October 2026.
Who We Are
This website is operated by Innovative Digital Services Ltd, a company registered in Bulgaria. In this page, “we” means that company. For questions about this page or your data, use the details on our contact page.
Using This Website
The content here describes our company and services and is provided for general information. We try to keep it accurate, but we do not promise that it is complete or current. Text, graphics and the logo belong to us or are used with permission, so please ask before reusing them. Links to other websites are provided for convenience and we are not responsible for their content.
Personal Data We Handle
We collect very little. If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to write. We use it to reply and to keep a record of the conversation. Like any web server, our hosting provider automatically records technical request data (IP address, browser type, pages requested and time) in server logs for security and troubleshooting.
Our legal bases are your request to us and our legitimate interest in running a secure website. We keep correspondence for as long as it is needed for the conversation and for legitimate business records. We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for automated decision-making.
Cookies
This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies, and it does not load third-party analytics or advertising scripts. It uses a consent banner, and that banner stores a small cookie that remembers your choice so we do not ask you again on every page. WordPress may also set functional cookies when a site administrator signs in, but visitors do not receive them.
You can change your mind at any time by clearing the cookies for this website in your browser. If we add analytics or embedded media in the future, we will update this page and ask for your consent first.
Who Receives Your Data
Our hosting provider processes server logs on our behalf. We do not share your data with other third parties unless the law requires it.
Your Rights
Under the GDPR you can ask us for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing and a portable copy, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest. You can also complain to the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (cpdp.bg) or to the data protection authority in your own country.
